[IMPORTANT] Outlook Web Issue & Temporary Fix
Hello Clarity Clinic,
The IT Team is aware of an ongoing issue where Outlook in your web browser may continuously refresh. (Note: This does not affect the desktop or mobile apps.) This appears to be a global issue that Microsoft will need to fix themselves, but we are working with our Microsoft partners, Ferrum, to see if we can come up with a more lasting solution in the meantime.
Temporary Fix:
Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can temporarily resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:
⚠ Note: This process will sign you out of websites you're currently logged into, so you will need to log back in afterward.
How to Clear Cache & Cookies in Google Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- In the left menu, click Privacy and Security.
- Under Privacy and Security, click Clear browsing data.
- Set the Time range to All Time (recommended).
- Ensure the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are selected. You can safely uncheck Browsing History.
- Click Clear data.
If the issue recurs, you can repeat these steps to resolve it.
